CUNY Hackathon Student Mentoring

The CUNY Startups Fall Hackathon will challenge 400+ students to generate innovative solutions targeting the following focus areas: social impact, finance, the arts, health and the environment. Volunteers will sign up for shifts throughout the Hackathon, but the full schedule is:

  • Friday, October 18: 4pm-10pm

  • Saturday, October 19: 9am-12 midnight

  • Sunday, October 20: 9am-6pm

There are two ways to volunteer:

1) Technical-based mentorship: Mentors with a technical background and who are comfortable with coding and programming languages support the students throughout the three days.

2) General volunteer: Mentors with or without a technical background will support in the execution of the Hackathon. (Ex: event set-up, volunteer management, clean up, etc.)

Head to our sign up page for more details.
