September 11th National Day of Service and Remembrance is an annual and forward-looking tribute to the 9/11 victims, survivors, and those who rose up in service in response to the attacks.
Join Repair the World in marking the anniversary of the 9/11 tragedy by serving in solidarity with our community by prepping, serving, and cleaning up a community meal provided by local nonprofit Mandala Cafe.
All volunteers should wear closed toes shoes and clothes that can get dirty.
There are two shifts. You may sign up for one:
3:30 PM - 5:30 PM: Volunteers will support in preparing the weekly meal and help package toiletry kits.
5:30 - 7:30: Volunteers will support in serving and cleaning up after the meal.
