Our most common approach is an annual partnership where we help develop a company giving strategy and an employee-facing and employee-driven program. Sometimes partners have a specific problem they are trying to solve and/or want help building out a single event. That’s okay, too. We meet you where you are at!
Absolutely! We can help plan and execute a day, week, or month of service, including identifying opportunities, sourcing nonprofit partners, and managing all aspects of the project plan. We always recommend days of service as part of a broader give-back strategy and can work with you to develop that, too.
Each partnership is unique so we don’t have cookie cutter pricing. Our fees are based on things like company size, scope of work, and complexity of the project. We are a nonprofit so we never let money get in the way of impact.
We sure do. These days most of our companies are international with a distributed workforce. Over 20,000 employees across four continents currently have access to Raised By Us programs.
Nope! We are a service provider that works alongside some of the most innovative tech providers out there. Our goal is to connect our partners with resources that best meet their needs and as a result we have relationships with a variety of workplace technology companies to help you build your toolbox.
Our typical points of contact are Chief People Officers and Heads of DEI. Sometimes communications and marketing departments co-lead this work as well.
Every partner is different. Some already have robust programs in place and are looking to take theirs to the next level. Others are starting from scratch. To start, all you need is an executive sponsor for the program (someone who owns the work) and we will walk you through the rest!
